We’ve been handling documents for clients all around the world since 2006. In early 2014 we took ownership of a former Natwest Bank where we store all documents. With a 24-hour monitored alarm system with immediate response, and being located within 1 minute of the West Yorkshire Police, we’re as safe as it gets.

All staff are subject to criminal background checks, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner under the Data Protection Act.

Electronic archive copies are stored off-site utilising a fully-redundant storage facility and regular backups taken. We also maintain access logging of the portal system to ensure that only you have access to your private documents.
